Nobody is going to draw at-large consideration from the Big South, so it's all about who walks away with the automatic bid. Radford, VMI and Liberty were the only teams to finish above .500 overall and are your tourney favorites. VMI led the nation in scoring at 94.3 ppg. On the flip side, its defense was among the worst in the nation. Watch out for Winthrop, the defending tournament champion, as a possible sleeper. The Eagles ended the season on five-game win streak.
